Condera Advisors provides an array of investment management services. The investment team focuses on joining institutional portfolio construction and risk management services within an open investment architecture.

Traditional Wealth Management
Condera Advisors’ wealth management platform includes access to total portfolio management, covering both traditional equity and fixed income investments as well as alternative investments.

Condera Advisors is simultaneously focused on institutional access to top-quality active and passive investments.

Alternative Investment Management
Condera Advisors provides alternative investment management services to qualified high net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

Condera Advisors’ alternative investment platform includes access to fund-of-funds vehicles and separately managed customized alternative investment portfolios for qualified clients.

Condera Advisors believes that a diversified approach to alternative investments, employing one or more alternative investment strategies, can offer clients superior risk-adjusted returns relative to traditional equity and fixed income investments¹.

Brokerage Services
Through its affiliate, Condera Securities (a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.), Condera Advisors is able to offer its clients a cost-effective platform through which they can effect transactions, borrow, and participate in alternative investments.

¹ While alternative investments are subject to market risks common to other types of investments, including market volatility, alternative investment managers employ certain trading techniques, such as the use of leverage, hedging, derivatives, illiquid instruments, short selling and other speculative investment practices that may increase the volatility of returns as well as the risk of investment loss. Other risks associated with alternative investments include, but are not limited to, the fact that they can be highly illiquid and may have restrictions on transfer; they are not required to provide periodic pricing or valuation information to investors; they may involve complex tax structures and delays in distributing important tax information; they are not subject to the same regulatory requirements as mutual funds; their managers often charge higher fees than mutual funds or traditional asset managers and the higher fees may offset their trading profits; they may have a limited operating history; they can have performance that is volatile; they may have an adviser who has total trading authority over all of their assets and the use of a single adviser applying generally similar trading programs could mean a lack of diversification, and consequentially, higher risk; and interests therein may not have a secondary market and none may be expected to develop. The foregoing is only a summary of certain risks associated with an investment in alternative investments. Before making an investment in an alternative investment, you are urged to thoroughly and carefully review such investment’s offering and related material with your financial, legal and tax advisors to determine whether an investment is suitable for you.
